Booking and Payment

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Rent A Yacht Dubai management. A deposit or advance payment specified by Rent A Yacht Dubai is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due before the scheduled date.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Cancellations must be communicated to Rent A Yacht Dubai via email. Fees may apply, as determined by Rent A Yacht Dubai. Refunds will be processed at the discretion of Dubai Yachts.

Cancellation Periods

• There will be no fee or deductions when you inform more than 72 hours before the scheduled trip.
• 50% of deposit will be retained within 72 hours.
• 100% of deposit will be retained within 24 hours:

Cancellation Procedure

 Contact Rent A Yacht Dubai’s customer service via email. Cancellation time is based on the timestamp of the notice. No-shows result in 100% retention of the booking deposit.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients can reschedule outside 72 hours before the trip. No rescheduling within 72 hours.

Rent A Yacht Dubai may cancel or reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Alternatives will be offered or a full refund provided.

Usage and Responsibilities

Clients must use the yacht responsibly and follow all laws and safety guidelines. Clients are liable for damage due to negligence. Rent A Yacht Dubai can terminate charters for illegal activities or behavior posing risks.

Liability and Insurance

Rent A Yacht Dubai holds insurance for yachts but not clients’ personal belongings. Clients should arrange their own insurance. Rent A Yacht Dubai is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or death during the charter.

Amendments and Modifications

 Rent A Yacht Dubai can modify terms without notice. Amendments to bookings may be considered based on availability and approval. These terms are governed by UAE laws. Disputes are under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
